A warrant has been issued in Spain for the arrest of a Tinder con artist. Leviev, Simon

Simon Leviev, the Tinder Swindler, may face prison in Spain after a warrant was issued for his arrest.

Leviev, whose real name is Shimon Hayut, had already done time in Israel after being detained in Greece for using a fake passport.

The Tinder Swindler was deported to Israel in 2019 after using a fake passport in Greece. He was charged with fraud, theft, and forgery. He was sentenced to 15 months in prison, but was only freed after five months due to good behavior.

The 31-year-old is being investigated for using a fraudulent driving license after his £80,000 Maserati became trapped on a Spanish beach on a day out with a mystery Russian beauty, according to Mail Online.

Spain issues arrest warrant for Tinder Swindler Simon Leviev

He pretended to be a holidaymaker named Michael Bilton and provided the bogus license under one of his many identities, according to authorities.

After viewing the hit Netflix documentary, a police officer specializing in recognizing faked documents identified the bogus diamond salesman, who met women on Tinder before allegedly defrauding them of millions, as the rich Costa tourist.

Cops have now requested a court in the southern Spanish port city of Algeciras to reactivate a criminal inquiry filed against Bilton against the guy they now know to be Leviev.

Leviev, who is thought to be dating Israeli beauty Kate Konlin, has denied defrauding people he met on Tinder and maintains he is a real businessman who made his fortune through Bitcoin investments.
