Elon Musk, according to Jack Dorsey, is the “single solution” he “trusts” to lead Twitter.

Elon Musk’s takeover of Twitter has been welcomed by Twitter co-founder Jack Dorsey, who describes the Telsa billionaire as “the singular solution I trust.”

Twitter’s management approved Musk’s bid to buy the firm for $44 billion and take it private at $54.20 per share on Monday, April 25.

On Twitter, Dorsey shared a Spotify link to the Radiohead song “Everything In Its Right Place,” and stated Musk is the “single solution I trust” to lead the company he co-founded in 2006, and that he “trusts his purpose to extend the light of consciousness.”

He expressed himself as follows:

Twitter is my favorite social media platform. The closest thing we have to a global awareness is Twitter.

All that counts to me is the concept and the service, and I will go to any length to safeguard both. My only gripe with Twitter has always been that it is a for-profit enterprise. Wall Street and the advertising model have both owned it. Taking it back from Wall Street is the first step in the right direction..”

I don’t believe anyone should own or run Twitter in principle. On a protocol level, it aspires to be a public good rather than a corporation. However, when it comes to the issue of it being a firm, Elon is the only person I trust. I have faith in his aim to spread consciousness.

Elon’s goal of building a platform that is “very trustworthy and broadly inclusive” is a good one. This is also the purpose of @paraga, which is why I chose him. Thank you for rescuing the company from a precarious situation. This is the way to go… I truly believe it.

I’m overjoyed that Twitter will continue to serve the public discourse. Into the stars and around the planet!
