Eric Bailly, a Manchester United outcast, makes an Instagram appeal to Ralf Rangnick to start him ahead of Harry Maguire.

Eric Baily of Manchester United has pleaded to start a game due to his lack of playing time this season.

Raphael Varane, Harry Maguire, Victor Lindelof, and Phil Jones all started ahead of him, therefore the 28-year-old lost his spot in the team.

Bailly has only made four Premier League games and seven in all competitions this season, with his most recent outing coming in a 3-1 win over Burnley on December 30.

However, ahead of United’s match against Arsenal on Saturday, the defender resorted to social media to plead for a starting spot.

A fan remarked on the club’s Instagram photographs of training,’start bailly x Varane,’ and Bailly replied, ‘please,’ with a laughing emoji and a pair of prayer hands.
