Jada Pinkett Smith has revealed that she’recently’ learned she has anxiety.

Jada Pinkett Smith, an actress, has disclosed that she has just discovered she suffers from anxiety.

Jada revealed she used to bite her fingernails and chew her cuticles, but didn’t connect her bad habits to anxiety until she had her daughter on the most recent episode of “Red Table Talk,” which was apparently taped before Will Smith assaulted Chris Rock during the Oscars award ceremony.

Pinkett Smith, 50, revealed that dealing with and learning about her daughter’s anxiety made her realize she, too, suffers from anxiety.

“Of sure, I undoubtedly have some anxiety,” she stated after reevaluating her own behavior, her mother’s behavior, and her life experiences.

“I never classified it as anxiety,” Adrienne Banfield-Norris, 68, said in response.

“Recently, we had a discussion, and she was like, ‘I never thought that I genuinely experienced anxiety,” Willow Smith, 21, said during the episode.

She’d been burying it for so long, as if she didn’t know.”

Willow went on to say that her mother’s chat with her made her “forgive” her for downplaying her anxieties throughout her upbringing. “I had to forgive her for saying things like, ‘Yeah, yeah, yeah…’ I understand, but it’s not that horrible.’

“I feel like she didn’t understand my anxieties while I was growing up,” Smith told guest Ireland Baldwin, 26. Because she had witnessed the deaths of her companions as a child… She’d gone through so much that my problems seemed… [insignificant] to her.”

Smith claims that her anxiousness causes her to scream, wail, and shake on the floor, which “triggers” her mother. Pinkett Smith claimed she gradually began to assess her family and their actions, recognizing a “generational anxiety cycle.”

After dad Will Smith, 53, was sighted in India after his massively controversial Oscars smack, the family had a chat about evaluating and understanding your feelings. Although it’s unknown when the episode was shot, “Red Table Talk” has previously acknowledged the occurrence and stated that it will address it in the future.
