Just hours after assaulting police officers, a fugitive wanted for raping twin 4-year-old girls smiles (photos)

A fugitive accused of rapping two four-year-old children and assaulting two police officers who attempted to apprehend him has been apprehended, and he was photographed smiling during his arrest.

Isaiah Metz, who is wanted for rapping twin 4-year-old girls in Pennsylvania, smiled as he was carried out of a Manhattan police station in handcuffs to appear in court on Wednesday, April 20.

Metz assaulted two cops attempting to detain him on Tuesday morning.

He fought off the officers, hitting one in the head and biting the other’s arm before fleeing, according to authorities.

The police were transferred to Bellevue Hospital for treatment and discharge before continuing their search for the culprit.

They assisted in the arrest of the 22-year-old suspect at a homeless shelter in Yonkers shortly after 11 p.m. that day, according to police. Metz has been accused with obstructing governmental administration, assaulting a police officer, and resisting arrest.
