Louis Pisano apologizes for the story about Rihanna and A$AP Rocky being “reckless.”

Louis Pisano, a fashion writer, has apologized for spreading rumors that A$AP Rocky and Rihanna had split up owing to adultery.

The pair, who are expecting their first child, allegedly “separated” after the rapper was “found cheating” on the pregnant vocalist with shoe designer Amina Muaddi, according to the social media influencer, who uses they/them pronouns.

Pisano tweeted Friday, “Last night I made a poor decision to share some information I had received.”

“I’m not going to talk about sources or blame others for a debate that started because, at the end of the day, I took the decision to create that tweet, push send, and put it out with my name on it.”

“I’d like to formally apologize to all parties I’ve been in contact with as a result of my actions and careless tweets,” they continued.

“I have no excuse; I’ve been way too caught up in Twitter drama and, as a result, have leaned into being messy as a brand, which is something I’m going to avoid going forward.”

“Rihanna broke up with [ASAP] when she discovered him cheating with shoe designer Amina Muaddi,” Pisano claimed in a since-deleted tweet on Thursday, sparking a flurry of rumors.

Muaddi, the shoe designer behind the Fenty 2020 line, has denounced the charges as a “unfounded fabrication” since they were made public.

Muaddi denied any involvement with Rocky in a message posted to her Instagram Story on Friday.

“I’ve always considered that a baseless lie propagated on social media, especially one as disgusting as this, doesn’t merit any rebuttal or clarification,” she stated. “At first, I didn’t think this bogus gossip, produced with such malice, would be taken seriously.

Louis Pisano“Last night I made a dumb decision to tweet some information I had received,” Louis Pisano tweeted.

“However, in the last 24 hours, I’ve been reminded that we live in a world where people are so quick to talk on things without considering the facts, and where nothing is off limits.”

“Not even during one of life’s most beautiful and celebrated occasions,” Muaddi concluded, presumably referring to Rihanna’s pregnancy.

As Rihanna continues to “enjoy her tranquil, best-dressed pregnancy life,” the designer closed her message by wishing everyone a “wonderful Easter weekend.”
