According to a source, Kanye West could face charges for reportedly striking a fan outside a Los Angeles nightclub in January.
According to TMZ, authorities are nearly finished with their investigation into the incident, which includes paparazzi recordings and witness interviews.
West never spoke with police, blaming a busy schedule, the outlet reported.
The DA will have three options, TMZ said: file charges, turn down the case or call all the parties in for a meeting to negotiate settlement conditions.
