After more than ten years of marriage, Megan Fox and her ex-husband Brian Austin Green have finalized their divorce.
According to TMZ, a judge approved the final divorce settlement on Tuesday, February 8.
Megan is now engaged to Machine Gun Kelly, while Brian is married to Sharna Burgess. The couple is expecting their first child together.
The couple finalized their divorce deal in October, which included shared legal and physical custody of their three sons, and were simply waiting for the court to sign it.
According to TMZ, the stars did not organize a prenuptial agreement.
Due to the lack of a legal document, Megan and Brian’s 10-year marriage will be shared 50/50 under California law. Their plans for child and spousal support aren’t specified in the court documents.
Noah, nine, Bodhi, seven, and Journey, five, are the children of the former spouse.
According to TMZ, there’s a reference to a settlement they reached but didn’t submit with the court.
Megan also mentioned that her name will be changed back to Megan Fox from Megan Green.
Fox and Green began dating in 2004 and married in Maui, Hawaii, two years later. Six months after Brian confirmed the pair had split up, Fox filed for divorce in November 2020.
Green revealed on his podcast that his wife had left him, claiming that she returned home after a film shoot in late 2019 and informed him that when she was away from him, ‘I feel more like myself, and I liked myself better.’
Green explained that they decided to’separate for a little while’ and’see what we discover.’
