Is it possible that Khloé Kardashian and Trey Songz are rekindling their relationship?
Page Six exclusively learned that the exes went to The Nice Guy in West Hollywood on Saturday night to attend an intimate party given by Justin Bieber, where they sat next to each other in the same booth and had plenty of one-on-one discussions.
Despite the fact that the gathering was attended by approximately 20 people, insiders close to the matter say Kardashian and Songz, both 37, spent the majority of the night together.
Even though the reality star’s bodyguard was near by, we’re informed the two made sure they got some alone time.
Page Six has reached out to Kardashian and Songz’s representatives for comment.
Kardashian and Tremaine Aldon Neverson (full name: Tremaine Aldon Neverson) have a long history together. They were seen making out in July 2016 at Drai’s Nightclub in Las Vegas, followed by an intimate Topgolf session.
They were seen together during Kevin Hart’s wedding to Eniko the following month, although the nature of their relationship was never revealed. According to our sources, the two were “really dating” and had “a terrific relationship,” but the timing was not right for a full-fledged commitment.
Kardashian wasted no time moving on, however. In September of that year, she went public with Tristan Thompson. The two were on and off for years until the NBA star, 31, admitted in January that he fathered another woman’s child. Kardashian and Thompson share 3-year-old daughter True.
Sources told Page Six that Kardashian and Songz “never had any bad blood” after they stopped dating and frequently kept in touch. We’re told they “always had a lot of love for each other” and that they’ve been there for one another in bad times, especially in recent years.
It’s certainly possible the exes are giving their romance another shot. Their Nice Guy rendezvous came just days before an insider told E! News that Kardashian is “getting back out there and ready to move on” from Thompson.
“She seems open to it and is interested in going out and having fun. … She is slowly getting out on the dating scene and excited to meet someone new.”
A second source added that the reality star “feels a sense of relief and excitement to move on to the next chapter, and is open to what the future holds. Khloé is a really optimistic person and knows she will find love again.”
As Kardashian’s drama with Thompson has been playing out, Songz has been making headlines for a series of allegations over the years, all of which he has denied.
Most recently, the “Na Na” singer was sued for $20 million by a woman claiming he raped her in March 2016. He has denied the allegations and accused Ariel Mitchell – one of the attorneys representing the alleged victim – of witness tampering in a separate case.
