The head of the production company will be an American socialite and entrepreneur who wants to combine the two names for commerce.
According to TMZ, the show will focus on entertainment and pop culture.
The production firm will be in charge of the KJ empire, which includes YouTube and social media.
The Kardashians are also preparing to premiere their new Hulu series. On April 14, the first episodes will be released.
