On Netflix, actor Frank Langella is being investigated for suspected sexual harassment.

Following his alleged actions on the set of the Netflix limited series The Fall of the House of Usher, Hollywood actor Frank Langella is being investigated for sexual harassment.

The 84-year-old New Jersey native has been accused of many instances of inappropriate behavior on the show’s British Columbia, Canada set, according to production sources, but has not been dismissed or suspended.

According to the source, Langella offered a joke with sexual connotations, and he also joked about touching the leg of a female actress (during a rehearsed performance) and saying, ‘Did you like that?’

The Netflix limited series’ production hasn’t been hampered by the investigation, according to insiders, because Langella didn’t have any sequences to shoot this week.

No reports have been made in relation with the veteran actor, according to police. According to a Netflix spokesperson, the corporation does not comment on ‘active employee matters.’

In the series, Langella portrays Roderick Usher, a character created by Mike Flanagan.

Mark Hamill, Carla Gugino, Willa Fitzgerald, JayR Tinaco, Mary McDonnell, Kate Siegel, Zach Gilford, Henry Thomas, Annabeth Gish, and Malcolm Goodwin are among the cast members, according to iMDb.

Langella, a talented actor, has been working continuously in films since 1965. In 2009, he was nominated for an Academy Award for his portrayal of late President Richard Nixon in the film Frost/Nixon, for which he received an Oscar nod for Best Performance by an Actor in a Leading Role.

His major films include Dracula (1979), in which he played Count Dracula; Masters of the Universe (1987), in which he played the villain Skeletor; Superman Returns (2006), in which he played Perry White; and Robot & Frank (2012), in which he played Frank.

He has also appeared in films such as The Trial of the Chicago 7, in which he played Judge Julius Hoffman, Kidding, in which he played Seb, and The Americans, in which he played Gabriel.
