She dressed up the look with patent leather Jimmy Choo shoes and Wilfredo Rosado black ceramic and diamond earrings.

The “We Found Love” singer has become a trendsetter for maternity-wear ever since she announced her pregnancy in January wearing a vintage Chanel coat.
