Taylor Ward has announced that she and her footballer husband, Riyad Mahrez, are expecting their first child.
The model, 23, and Manchester City footballer, 30, shared the news from the Maldives on Instagram.
Riyad held Taylor’s baby belly in a photo taken on the beach with the couple holding up a string of ultrasound pictures.
Taylor, who is the daughter of Dawn Ward of the Real Housewives of Cheshire, flaunted her growing baby bulge in a white swimsuit while beaming from ear to ear.
‘Where life begins and love never stops,’ Taylor captioned the joyful photo.
The good news comes after it was revealed last month that Taylor’secretly married’ Riyad late last year after proposing with a £400,000 ring earlier in the year.
According to The Sun, the pair married in a Muslim ceremony known as the Nikah and signed a contract to verify that they were lawfully married under Islamic law.
In an Instagram Story from January, Taylor confirmed she had married Riyad, saying the couple were planned a second ceremony in the UK to make their marriage legal in their home country.
Riyad was previously married for six years to Rita Johal, with whom he shares two daughters.
