After 23 years of marriage, “General Hospital” actor Steve Burton has filed for divorce.
Burton, who had previously accused Sheree Gustin of having another man’s child, filed for divorce from the pregnant woman.
According to TMZ, Burton put March 1 as the date of separation and gave the standard explanation of “irreconcilable disagreements” for the breakup.
He had stated that Sheree was expecting a child in May, but the child wasn’t his.
Burton and Sheree have been married since January 1999, and the couple has three children together. He is asking for shared physical and legal custody of the children.
