After COVID fears, Queen will return to work.

After fears that she might have contracted COVID-19 from her eldest son, who tested positive for the virus earlier this week, the queen will return to her desk on Monday.

The virus infected Prince Charles, 73, two days after he had tea with the Queen, 95, at Windsor Castle, according to the Sun newspaper in the United Kingdom.

According to the publication, the triple-jabbed queen has had no symptoms and a negative test result, but will be closely “monitored and tested” during the weekend.

Royal sources told the Sun that the queen has several appointments next week, including video calls with ambassadors that she is scheduled to conduct from her desk at Windsor Castle.
