Controversial influencer Andrew Tate finds himself at the center of another serious scandal. Just two weeks after being permitted to return to the United States, Tate has been accused of violently assaulting his girlfriend during an encounter at the Beverly Hills Hotel.
According to reports, influencer Bri Stern has filed a police report detailing the alleged March 11 incident, which she describes as a frightening encounter that left her injured and traumatized.
Stern’s allegations, first reported by TMZ, contain deeply troubling claims about the self-proclaimed misogynist’s behavior. She alleges that Tate began choking her during an intimate encounter that became excessively violent, and despite her pleas to stop, he continued the assault.
The report indicates that Stern felt herself losing consciousness during the incident, describing how “she felt everything getting fuzzy, like she was fading into unconsciousness.” According to Stern, the violence only ceased when Tate fell asleep.
Following the alleged assault, Stern claims she documented her injuries in the bathroom. Several photographs reportedly showing her bruised face have been provided to authorities as evidence.
Perhaps most disturbing are the alleged text messages between Tate and Stern that have surfaced as part of the investigation. These messages appear to show Tate making deeply concerning statements about violence toward Stern.
In one message allegedly sent by Tate, he wrote: “I want to beat the f**k out of you.” Another text reportedly stated: “You will give me a child this year b**ch… What’s the point in having you if I don’t beat and impregnate you.”
Stern also shared screenshots where Tate purportedly admitted he enjoyed beating her because he found it “relaxing” and referred to the young woman as his property—claims that align with Tate’s public persona as someone who frequently expresses misogynistic views.
Stern’s allegations include seeking medical attention in New York City several days after the encounter while on a work trip. Medical professionals reportedly diagnosed her condition as “post-concussive,” suggesting she may have sustained a concussion during the alleged assault.
The timing of these allegations is particularly notable as they come shortly after Tate’s controversial return to the United States. The influencer had spent years in Romanian custody, first in prison and later under house arrest, alongside his brother Tristan Tate on criminal sex trafficking charges.
Tate’s return to the US appeared to have high-level support, with US officials reportedly discussing the Tate brothers’ case with Romania’s government in February. Donald Trump Jr. had publicly referred to their detention as “absolute insanity,” and Trump special envoy Richard Grenell raised the issue at a Munich security conference.
As of this report, Tate has left the United States and returned to Romania, where he and his brother checked in at a police station near Bucharest on Monday, complying with court orders related to their ongoing case.
At the time of reporting, Andrew Tate has not publicly responded to Stern’s allegations. When speaking to reporters in Romania, he maintained his innocence regarding the ongoing sex trafficking case, stating: “I’m a free person who has not been convicted of anything,” and that he will “comply with all judicial authorities everywhere around the world because I’m completely innocent.”
The Tate brothers were formally indicted last year on charges that they participated in a criminal ring that lured women to Romania, where they were allegedly sexually exploited. Andrew Tate was also charged with rape. Both brothers have consistently denied all allegations against them.
These new allegations from Bri Stern add another layer of controversy to Tate’s already tumultuous public image. As the situation develops, authorities will determine whether these claims will result in additional legal consequences for the polarizing influencer.
