Julia Fox, Kanye West’s new girlfriend, has spoken out about reports that she dated Drake, Kanye West’s old adversary.
Julia had a past connection with Canadian musician Drake, despite being married to Peter Artemiev for a year at the time, according to reports last week.
Julia responded to Drake’s words after he approached her via Instagram DM in 2019.
He congratulated Julia on her recent accomplishment in the film Uncut Gems, and then traveled to New York in early 2020 to visit her. According to accounts, the relationship was cut short because to COVID-19 and Julia’s pregnancy with Peter, as well as the fact that Kayne and Drake were arguing at the time.
Julia Fox didn’t deny having something to do with Drake on the February 4 episode of her Forbidden Fruits podcast, and says he now gets along with Kanye.
“He’s a wonderful person and a gentleman… and that was the end of it. Nothing actually happened; we were simply hanging out with pals “During the first several minutes of the show, Julia informed Niki.
“I wouldn’t call it a relationship.”
She then speculated that outside forces were attempting to derail Kayne’s newest relationship by bringing up incidents from two years ago. Julia remarked, “I feel like they’ve buried their difficulties,” which seems to be the case because the two performed together in December for the “Free Larry Hoover” fundraiser performance.
“Obviously, when I initially started talking to Ye, I told him about Drake right away—I believe on the first day before it got any further—because I’m an honest guy.”
