Kim Kardashian and Kanye West’s divorce may be considerably more acrimonious than fans had anticipated.
In the new teaser for Hulu’s “The Kardashians,” the inventor of Skims discusses a snide remark made by her now-ex-husband.
Kim narrates, “It’s incredibly hard with Kanye,” before the trailer cuts to a scene in which she tells Kourtney Kardashian, “He told me my career is finished.”
West, 44, taped sequences for the family’s upcoming reality show, according to Kim, 41, who previously told Variety that their relationship had utterly worsened. It’ll be interesting to see how West reacts to this moment on the show.
It’s also unknown how much of their divorce will be revealed on the new show, as the KKW Beauty entrepreneur has been trying to keep their dirty laundry under wraps despite West’s insistence on airing it all.
In a Variety interview, she remarked, “I don’t think I’d ever disparage the father of my children on my TV show.” “That’s just not who I am, and I don’t think it would ever make me happy.”
“Being in the public glare and having public arguments is never easy,” she continued. However, I feel that everything should be handled personally. I believe in publicly praising and secretly criticizing.”
Despite openly appealing with West to refrain from venting his frustrations on social media, the Yeezy designer took to Instagram on Sunday to express his dissatisfaction with his daughter North’s TikTok account.
“Hello, everyone. I just got off the phone with Kim.” I urged her to stop provoking me with this TikTok nonsense. He began, “I said never again.” “I’m her father, and I know you don’t value fathers or the concept of family, but I told you I’m not going to let my daughter be used by TikTok or Disney.” I’ve got a
