Kanye West’s lawyer is apparently attempting to formalize the rapper’s relationship with his ex-wife, Kim Kardashian.
There is presently no official custody arrangement in place between West, 44, and Kim, 41, which has produced tension between the estranged lovers.
TMZ reports that Kim has given Kanye permission to visit their children whenever the Stronger rapper is in town and wishes to do so, as long as their children are not occupied. North, eight, Saint, six, Chicago, four, and Psalm, two, are the exes’ four children.
Due to Kanye’s frequent travels outside of Los Angeles, obtaining a legal custody arrangement with him can be challenging.
Given Kanye’s rage about Kim’s new engagement with Pete Davidson and custody difficulties, a settlement outside of court is doubtful, according to TMZ.
According to TMZ, the ex-couples seldom speak to one another and haven’t communicated in a long time, making it difficult for them to reach an agreement.
After six years of marriage, Kim filed for divorce from Kanye in February. North, 8, Saint, 6, Chicago, 3, and Psalm, 2, are the couple’s four children, and she had requested joint legal and physical custody.
