Kim Kardashian hosts a party for Naomi Osaka and Amanda Anisimova before of the Miami Open.

This past weekend in Miami, the celebs were out in force.

On Saturday night, tennis players Naomi Osaka and Amanda Anisimova attended Kim Kardashian’s SKIMS Swim Miami pop-up at SWAN.

At the private gathering, Osaka and Anismova posed for selfies with Kardashian and SWAN co-owner David Grutman, among others, ahead of their match at the Miami Open, which begins this week.

At a post-pop-up SKIMS dinner, Osaka, who was sitting next to Kardashian and her sister Khloé, sported a glittering all-white suit with a cream-colored jacket.

In a tan cut-out dress, Anisimova flaunted her abs. She captioned photographs of herself with Kardashian and Grutman with a crown emoji on Instagram.

After breaking down in tears during her second round loss at Indian Wells last week, Osaka, 24, attended the Skims event. While speaking to hecklers after the match, the four-time major champion became emotional, recalling a previous event at the prestigious women’s tennis championship in 2001, when Serena Williams was booed during a match.

Meanwhile, Anisimova had to withdraw from her second-round match against Canadian Leylah Fernandez in Indian Wells due to sickness just minutes into the match.

The 20-year-old was overcome with emotion as she exited the courtroom and afterwards explained herself on social media.

“Hello everyone,” Anisimova tweeted. “Unfortunately, I’ve been extremely sick the last several days and woke up feeling really ill yesterday.”

“I wanted to keep playing the event and try to push through it in the match.” I couldn’t continue the battle because I felt like I was jeopardizing my health at that point. It’s disheartening for me to end the week on such a low note, but that’s how things go sometimes.

“Next time, I’ll attempt to do better.” I’m excited to get back on the court as soon as possible. Also, please keep your snide remarks to yourself.”

For the first time since 2019, Osaka will compete in her home tournament, the Miami Open. She goes up against Astra Sharma in the first round.
