Karrine Steffans Opens Up About Diddy’s Wild Parties

Karrine ‘Superhead’ Steffans has shared her experiences attending Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs’ infamous parties, offering a glimpse into the often chaotic world of hip-hop elite. In a revealing interview with The Daily Beast, Karrine, now known as Elisabeth Ovesen, spoke about her unexpected introduction to Diddy in February 2001 after a night of partying with Irv Gotti in Los Angeles. Back then, she was gifted to Diddy shortly after his breakup with Jennifer Lopez, describing the bizarre circumstances that led to it.

In her reflective interview, Elisabeth disclosed how Diddy, then known as ‘Puff Daddy,’ quickly took an interest in her at the club. ‘Diddy’s car pulled up, and as they were leaving, he asked who I was, and the men spoke for me,’ she recounted, referencing music moguls Irv Gotti and Ja Rule. That night marked the beginning of her encounters with Diddy, as she recalled him giving the directive to send her to his home.

Understanding the unspoken expectations, Ovesen arrived at Diddy’s residence prepared for a whirlwind of activity reflecting a lifestyle where ‘nearly everything goes.’ ‘I was not one of his victims,’ she emphasized, adding that those who suffered deserve to share their stories.

Ovesen described a memorable gathering at Diddy’s Miami mansion, painting an extravagant picture reminiscent of ‘The Great Gatsby’ with tuxedoed men, topless women, and an atmosphere thick with indulgence. ‘You choose your pill, you take your champagne, and that’s your vibe for the night,’ she described, capturing the surreal intensity of those parties.

She also addressed her emotional response to a recently surfaced video involving Diddy and his ex-girlfriend Cassie. The footage triggered painful memories of her own past with abusive partners. ‘I know exactly how that feels,’ she admitted, indicating a broader issue of misogyny and toxic masculinity prevalent among certain men.

Elisabeth directed her commentary beyond Diddy, criticizing a culture that allows men who harbor hatred towards women to thrive. ‘Men who hate women—who can’t admit to their sexuality,’ she said, asserting that this toxic mentality leads to violence.

In her memoir, she recalled party scenes that turned surreal, including one night involving ecstasy and a visit to a gay club with Diddy and rapper Xzibit. She revealed one of Diddy’s peculiar comments that hinted at predetermined dynamics, further showcasing the often bizarre interactions within these circles. ‘That was so weird,’ she said of the exchanges, reflecting on the strange undertones at play.
